Very useful for everyday cooking

The installation of the app was very straightforward and it took only a few seconds to learn how to use it for the first time. The range is quite powerful and I get the alerts for the desirable temperature when I'm not actively present or cooking in the kitchen. The design is pretty sleek and makes it a very efficient device to have in my kitchen.

A necessity for any cook...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We currently have a meat probe, but it's precarious with wires dangling to its base unit. This one, though — it's wireless, stout, rechargeable, and has a simple, straightforward app without all the frills. Just what we wanted! I love the fact that there's no batteries. Upon getting this, I had no idea it was rechargeable, so that's a big plus. You charge the dock which charges the probe. The app itself isn't complex — it's straight to the point. You set the temperature you're wanting to reach and you get immediate alerts to your phone. The probe itself is easy to clean with soap and water, but it's also dishwasher safe. As funny as it may sound, I check the accuracy of thermometers like this under my tongue. As long as it reaches a degree or two from 98, I'm content. This was spot-on. KitchenAid is easily my favorite brand to utilize in our kitchen. With them, you get what you pay for. It's a brand I trust and I'm sure their smart thermometer is going to serve us well for many years to come.

High tech and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super high tech thermometer! First one I’ve ever had that comes with an app! Very easy to use once you download the app app. Tells you all the right temperatures you should cook the foods at and when it gets to the right temperature. Charges on a USB charger came with a cord but not the plug. Probe is good and works well and the range is pretty good.

Whether you’re grilling, roasting, smoking, stovetop cooking or even air frying! There’s an app to download and it even connects with Bluetooth! It keeps keep track of your cooking so you don’t have to! It tells you the temperature and how long it’ll take to cook and when it’ll be ready! It’s portable, easy to use and easy cleanup, you can soak it for up to 6 hours or it’s dishwasher safe! My husband loves grilling and smoking ribs so this summer we will be using this a lot!

We were very excited to try this KitchenAid thermometer. I love that it operates with an app because you can check the temperature whenever you need to. I love the little dock that it comes with, and it fits securely in the holder. It is magnetic, which is great and I can store it on my refrigerator so it’s easy to grab. It very accurate and very easy to use. Overall very happy with this product!

I like that it immediately starts reading the temperature the moment you insert it into the meat. The app has so many features that are very helpful and useful.

Lots of safety warnings
