Nice idea, bad design.

The design of the vacuum channel gets in the way blocking the view making it difficult to precisely trim edges of a beard or sideburns and the width of the blade makes it almost impossible to trim a mustache around the lip. The vacuum doesn't perform all that well either making it necessary to not only clean up scattered whiskers, but also empty the collection container and blow out the whiskers stuck all over the trimmer.
Pros: it's better than nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Short life

I was initially satisfied with this purchase. But, the battery charge was ineffective after 6 to 8 months and has to be plugged in for use. And now at 12 months, I am looking for a replacement product as the clippers are are not working/just makes noice.
Cons: charger clipper

BATTERY LASTS FOR ABOUT THREE SHAVES

I bought this razor because the package said a charge lasted 45-50 hours. After about a month I noticed that it needed to be charged more often and then it lasted one charge one day and then stopped working unless it was plugged in. Got a replacement (service was very good), but it started to do the same thing. I bought it so I could travel without a charger (Europe), but have had to get a currency converter and take the charger with me - this adds weight and room to luggage. Shaves close, but I would not buy it again.
Pros: shaves close
Cons: does not hold the charge so it not a recharge

Powerful and Easy to use

This is very nice and powerful trimmer. Keeps the charge for a long time. I like it how it is very much user friendly and easily adjustable. I use it daily basis and had for about 6 months with no problems at all.
Pros: design speed power ease of use good battery
Cons: don't trim wet. gets messed up

This model is vastly improved over previous one. Vacuum stronger. Would have been better if it contained small clipper and travel bag, but it is interchange with older model's heads.
