This products attachments are weak

I've owned this trimmer 3 years and am replacing it now.
The attachments break very easily and the battery won't charge properly or last like you'd expect.

I just bought this to replace my T980 That I have had for over 8 years.
I use it religiously every Sunday night on my head, beard and mustache. I have never had an issue with the T980. Therefore, I am not looking forward to the door latch breaking as it did countless others in this review. I just used this product for the first time the other day and I was seriously considering some hearing protection. This thing is very loud if you intend to shave around your ears with it. This trimmer is much louder than my T980. Also, my T980 came with a soft case and a manual. I have requested that they send me another T980 to replace this one. However, I am quite sure they don't make it any longer.

Pros. The QT4070 works well to shave whatever you intend to use it for. The motor, blades and vacuum work well to shave the hair and whisk it away into the whisker chamber. lol.. It is comfortable to handle and has multiple length settings.
Cons: The QT4070 is very loud. And as others have noted, the door latch breaks. And lastly, it does not come with a case to keep everything together or a manual to remind you what you have.
Pros: works well as a shaver, vacuum works well

It took a while to find this trimmer and to really understand how it worked. I was looking for a better replacement for another Phillips trimmer that "ate" the grooming combs.
This one does the job but i still use the old one for details.
Pros: well designed
Cons: pricey

Best beard trimmer I've ever purchased!

Minus a product exchange prompted by a faulty trimmer (which was handled smoothly and respectfully by customer support), this is the best bead trimmer I've ever owned.
The guard locks effectively, the display is much easier to read than having to look on the side of the guard to see the length, and the trimmings catcher works way better than I anticipated (just make sure to clean it using the included brush so it doesn't clog).
I no longer worry about trimming my beard too short because of an insecure guard. Excellent product–highly recommended!

I really like this product. just one thing is cleaning part is hard. I couldn't clean it properly. I tried to clean it with brush provided but still hairs are remain in some deep parts which is not cleaned by brush.
Pros: its powerful, vaccum is too good, its awesome

The Philips Vacuum Stubble and Beard Trimmer has a current streamline design which makes it easy to hold while trimming beard and stubble hair. The digital display for length is an excellent feature making so easy to use and allows for accurate selection for the desired look. The integrated vacuum is such a great feature. I am very happy with this product.
