love how portable it is!

I wanna start off by thank you for making a product like this.... my dad is a very I'll man and sine he can't go to the barber shop anymore ... I started to do his hair with you product... its simple, fast, portable, and super on not leaving a mess ... thank you

Older model had a removable hair catcher that was easy to dump the hair out. This new model had a door that flips open and it's hard to get the hair out. Also cheap plastic door latch broke after a few weeks. Other than that it works fine at trimming my beard and it keeps most of the hair from going all over the place.
Pros: trims hair well, hard to clean the hair screen.
Cons: hard to clean the hair screen.

Trims but too bulky for details

The product is OK for skimming off some beard. But when it comes to detail work, i.e. around mouth , lips, it is to bulky and awkward to handle. I need to keep a second trimmer around for that purpose.
Cons: doesn't handle detail, hair chamber/compartment needs frequent emptying

A beard trimmer that works

A great beard trimmer especially with the contour comb.
Pros: the vacuum chamber that collects the trimmed hair
Cons: attaching and taking off the contour comb is cumbe

Best thing since scissors

I like to keep my beard trimmed fairly close, so it doesn't take long for it to look unkept. Since finding the Norelco vacuum trimmer I can trim twice a week and in a few minutes be sharp-looking.
Pros: the vacuum
