Easiest beard trimming ever! I love the "dial-a-length" feature. I also remove the comb to shave my neck. It's all done in a few minutes and looks great. I'm very happy with this product!
Pros: fast, easy, long battery life between charges
Cons: could use a bigger hair holder compartment
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good product but not quite what I was expecting

Does a great job trimming to length with good speed and evenness. Vaccum does not catch all hairs but definitely decreases the shrapnel around the sink/counter. A little difficult for fine trimming without attachment around lips, mustache, borders.
Pros: powerful, easy even trim
Cons: vacuum does not catch all hairs, not great for fine trimming

The box advertises no more stubble mess do to the vacuum feature. False! the vacuum feature at best catches 80% of trimmings, even when trimming in small stages. There is still plenty of mess to clean up making this prodcut not worth the price.
Cons: advertised vacuum features does not work well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far as I've used it (maybe four or five times) the trimmer has operated as I wanted it to do. Here are some observations: Its construction appears a little flimsy--particularly the "door" to the clipping-collection chamber; I have little use for the Turbo feature; there's a fair amount of the clippings that escapes the vacuum system; the overall shape is not comfortable in my hand. Obviously these items are personal quirks, and I suppose that with further usage I shall learn to ignore them.

Over all it works well, maybe I should a purchased a more basic model. I don't like the open comb for beard stubble, I have had the comb scratch my nose while trying to trim the mustache of my beard.
The contour following comb is not much better. I have a jutting chin and the contour is just in the way while to trim my lower lip. With my older modal I would take the comb off to trim the edge of my mustache over lip. The vacuum part of the trimmer is in the way.
