This is my second pf these trimmers. The first has a problem with a plastic part and Phillips replaced the entire unit. The second one is superior to the first. It trims well except for the fine or straight line function. It is difficult to get good results. The power cord for this one stays in place when in use. The first did not. The plastic door that holds the vacuumed hair is not study. Be careful. All in all it does the job, the vacuum feature is nice and it has a small foot print.
Pros: does the job, plenty of length settings
Cons: door is fragile

I have had several shavers & trimmers and they have been adequate. However, this shaver is easy to use & the vacuum feature works very well...I don't have to be in the shower to trim my beard. I have no hesitancy in recommending it for the performance & value.
Pros: vacuum feature, value

Well designed hair trimmer!

This great hair trimmer vacuums up the cut hair fairly well-and it is easy to clean the collection chamber. The dial a setting is easy to use and consistent. Blades seems to hold their sharpness trim after trim.
