I had an older model that finally gave out. I liked that one; it was a bit loud, vibrated too much. This new model QT4070 is solid, smooth, better vacuum, and it even has TURBO. It is so precise that I also use it to trim the taper on my hair (head) between stylings. VERY well made. Phillips, don't ever stop making these. I mean it!
Pros: precise and quiet
Cons: liked the hair catcher on original better

I did a lot of research before purchasing this product online. I read through reviews on multiple websites trying to find the best value for my money. This product have me everything I wanted and then some. Nice even stubble and no clean up - what else could you want?! Battery life is also excellent. I wish it had a better grip on it for a more solid feel but other than that I don't have a bad thing to say about this razor. It truely performs according to what it promises.

This model is works well and is quiet. It has a solid feel and I can tell it will last a long time. I liked the earlier model that did not have the compartment for trapping beard cuttings; the current design tends to clog up if I've not trimmed in a while.
Pros: quiet and sturdy.

Best Trimmer

I decided to give a beard a shot, but wanted it to look very groomed. This trimmer worked to keep it in great shape. Has many settings, so you can change the look. Keeps a very good charge too, so it's great for a couple days travel.
Pros: very precise
Cons: no real cons

Not worth the money

I think this is a really cool product and was looking forward to having less little hairs on my counter. Unfortunately the vacuum only catches a fair amount of hair when I'm trimming my beard. It is better than nothing, but doesn't really leave your countertop that much cleaner. I also don't like the space between the vacuum slot and the blade. I find it basically impossible to trim my mustache around my lip or straighten out my beard once it's trimmed. I do really like how it trims the length of my beard accurately. I wish the vacuum worked better and there was a separate blade for finely trimming beards/mustaches/goatees etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this to cut my own hair and trim my beard. I keep my thinning hair short and dense beard only a little longer. I've had a couple other devices and my wife has always had to "clean up" my work. Not with this one. Vacuum works well and extra power button helps when holding it upside down. Only design flaw is the vacuum opening tends to clog up occasionally but clog is easily dislodged.
Pros: battery life, contour comb
Cons: just a nit. mouth to vac can clog.
