[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is very fun, once you start playing. Reading the instructions is a bit daunting, I wish it was more clear. I like instructions that have bullet points and/or images to follow. I like that the game isn’t really fast paced or complex, it can be played slower and you can choose to help each other if you have a younger person. It’s a good game for learning numbers and remembering to follow steps in order.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun game, instructions need tweaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Played with 4 people 13-76 years old. Played with 2 and 3 people as well. Instructions are in a confusing order. It needs to explain how to build piles before talking about the piles. Should start with 20 cards not 30 (or add ~40 cards to the deck) otherwise you have to shuffle constantly with 4 people. It would be nice if it said how many skip-bos were in the deck.

Great family game for a fun time!

The cards are great quality and we were able to play for a good amount of time. Hands down my family and children enjoyed playing this game together. It's got good strategies and is not too difficult for the kids.

New family favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family of three includes one 10 year old and two adults (39 and 41). We're quite familiar with card games, but Skip Bo was new to us. Now it's a family favorite. I can definitely seeing this being a great game to take with us on trips because it doesn't take up much space and is relatively quiet.
After a round or two, the rules are quite simple to remember and flows very nicely. All three of us picked up the game pretty quickly. I like that we can adjust the number of starting cards to make games shorter or longer.
While the number on the card is written in large print, the colorful cards make it easy to recognize the numbers, and of course are really pleasing to the eye. There are a generous number of Skip Bo (wild) cards, so game play is never stuck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun Game for any Game Night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We played Skip-Bo as a family one night. The set up was easy enough to follow. When we began to play, it took a few times of reading about the different piles to understand the object of the game. However, once we played we really started to understand it and had a great time. My kids love it and we have played it a few times. Overall, a fun game to have for any game night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This classic game is still great for family game night. It doesn't take too long and can keep everyone engaged even the younger ones. This games also great for elementary school kids for helping them recognize numbers.

I will say there are a lot of rules and it does take a minute to catch on but once you get it, it’s a fun one! I love games that are small and easy to throw in a bag.

Great Addition to Game Night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family loves a good game night, and we’re always looking for new games to add to our collection. Skip-Bo does not disappoint! Perfect for our family of 4 (although could also be great for 2-6 players), two adults and two kids (8 and 11). I appreciate that once they know the game, my kids can play together on their own as well. The rules are clear and concise, with tips and diagrams to help everyone understand. (Sometimes we struggle with kids’ card games because the instructions just don’t make sense—this was NOT the case with Skip-Bo!) The product itself is colorful and sturdy, with nice packaging, although the box probably won’t last long. Overall, a great addition to game night!
