Been using these daily for almost 2 years and they are still working great. The sound is just amazing.
The battery still lasts for a while and the frame is in very condition.

I already have a JBL charge 5 speaker that use almost daily and I will only buy JBL for music listening purposes from now on.
10/10. Worth your money

Pretty good sound but doesn't last long

Pretty good sound quality and good ease of use. The quality of the actual headphones themselves are horrible. I had mine for a year and a half of light use and above my left earphone started cracking out of nowhere and crumbled 2 weeks later.
Now my left earphone is hanging on by a thread pretty much just spinning around
Can't wear them properly now either.
I've had a $100 HyperX gaming headset for over 3 years now with heavy use and they're just fine.
These Headphones are horrible and I expected more out of a $300 purchase.
These are worth something more like $50 if I'm being honest.
Will not buy again.

Disappointed by Durability in Premium Headphones

I purchased these headphones in June 2024 and used them very lightly — mostly at home, with great care. While the sound quality and noise cancellation were excellent, I’m extremely disappointed by the build quality.
A small crack developed on one side a few months after purchase, and it eventually worsened to the point that a piece of plastic completely detached. Now, one ear cup can no longer stay in place, and the headphones are unusable. For a product originally priced at $400 (I paid $200 on sale), this kind of structural failure is unacceptable. At this price point, I expected much better durability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my adult daughter. Just past 30 days the one ear piece spontaneously broke. There headphones were always handled with care and never dropped. Literally picked the headphones up and the piece broke off. Went back to Best Buy and they said that the 30 days were up and I would have to contact JBL. I feel like these headphones should be a lot better quality for the price! I also feel like Best Buy should have done more to assist then to just tell me to contact JBL. No assistance with phone numbers to call or anything. For such an expensive product you should have more than 30 days for exchanges for potentially faulty product!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Le casque d'écoute est de très bonne qualité. Il est facile d'usage et le son est très bon. L'option "Ambiance aware" est très utile. On entend un peu les bruits autour, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant.
I would recommend this to a friend!
