Great vacuum!

I bought the first one on January 13, 2026. I loved it so much I bought another one on February 2, 2026. This is the fourth pro pet vacuum I’ve purchased. I highly recommend this model. The features are easy to use and the suction power is great.
The only thing is this model does not go under some of my furniture as my old model did but the odor deodorizer makes up for it.

Good suction

All these negative comments and I just want to say if you clean your filters after each time you use it it'll last you a long time! Dirty filters lower the suction and suffocate the motor. This is coming from a professional house cleaner

I have had this ultralight petpro vacuum for a week now. I love it!! I have four cats and must vacuum daily This stick is tiny but powerful, the cord is long. The order came fast. I have found through out the years Shark products ROCK

OMG LOVE IT. Super easy to maneuver , the suction is awesome. I have a Siberian husky and when she sheds, she SHEDS. The LED lights are nice n bright to help find tiny debris

did not work brand new straight out of box. brush tool spins for 5 seconds then stops. troubleshooting says this indicates a blockage but it is a BRAND NEW vacuum that has never sucked up anything. extremely disappointed.

Good while it lasted

I bought my shark maybe two years ago and within the two years, I can say that I absolutely loved it, but I feel like I should have a longer lifespan, from it being such a long pole on the vacuum, where you can unconnected it from the bottom and where you can unconnected it and use it for a handheld vacuum starts getting really loose and wobbly, which makes it not as durable and definitely make sure you are cleaning filters because I was cleaning them without replacing them since she replaced that I mean because eventually mine just started making a loud squealing noise and now I have to replace the filter even though I kept mine so clean. It says it’s good for Pets and Hair, but I have a dog that sheds like crazy. I have a four-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old daughter that shed and one of them makes a lot of messes, my hair sheds plus I have two cats and just the dust and Hair accumulation. It isn’t good for this vacuum but overall it was a good vacuum. It just isn’t for big homes or long lasting use because it gets so loose at the connection site and wobbly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible design in many ways

I got this Pet Pro Corded Stick Shark Vacuum about a month ago and I HATE it!! I hate everything about it. The hose on my old one wore out so I purchased this one thinking it was the same as my old Rocket Deluxe Pro. Do not get fooled. Everything takes 2 hands to work it!! You have to remove the tank to empty it and when trying to empty it, it won’t stay open. So again, 2 hands just to empty it then 2 hands to put it back in. It takes 2 hands to pull it out of the base to use it as a portable with the attachments. The on/off switch is so tight I can barely turn it on. And I like good suction but geez! I can barely push this thing because it’s sucking so hard it won’t move. I have a rug I have always vacuumed with my old one but I can’t use this on it because it’s pulling it so hard. Even getting to the filter to clean it is a challenge! The ONLY positive is the self cleaning brush roll that keeps hair from winding around it. Terrible design in SO many ways. Especially having to remove the tank to empty it vs just pushing a button to open the tank. I am just shocked at this one vs my old one. I have always told everyone how much I loved my Shark. So this is just so disappointing.
