Don’t buy your hair will get stuck in the rear fan and you literally have to pull your hair out!

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the 1875-Watt Mid-Size Dryer. We recommend regularly cleaning the rear air intake cover and keeping hair away from the intake area during use, as longer hair can occasionally become caught if it comes into contact with the airflow opening. We understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this can be, and we'd like the opportunity to learn more about your concerns. I’ve had this product no more than 6 months and the high setting does not work anymore and smells hot. Very disappointing. Because I do not have the receipt Conair will do nothing about it. Would not purchase
This dryer is HORRIBLE!!!! If you are not careful (very careful) it will suck your hair into the fan in the back of the unit. Forget getting your hair out without cutting or tearing it out is not coming out. It's horrible and dangerous to your hair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review! We're sorry to hear about your experience with your Hair Dryer. We recommend keeping the rear air intake clear of hair during use and ensuring the filter is clean, as a blocked intake can increase suction. This hairdryer sucks. I do admit, it has done a good job with drying my hair on some occasions, I have many problems with it. My biggest problems are that with the back and the dials. The back acts as a suction so even if the slightest bit of your hair blows towards it, it gets caught and sucked inside the fan and there is no way of safely untangling it. This has happened a plethora of times for me, despite my best efforts to avoid the situation and has strongly negatively impacted my experience. Now with the dials. Why would the off switch be in the middle of high and low? That’s just straight up nonsensical in my personal opinion and is impractical and annoying to deal with. I’ve overall had a mostly negative experience with this product because while it does dry hair fairly well, it has many complications that prevent it from being as good as it can be.
This product bosts about having separate fan and heat controls. However when you use it with the fan on low you can only get warm air not hot. If I use it with the fan on high my hair looks frizzy and wind blown. If I could give it half a star I would. Do not recommend
