I bought this for a tuck under garage that has an extreme problem with humidity. I was using a 70 pint residual dehumidifier that was unable to keep the space dry (approximately 800 square feet). This dehumidifier keeps it dry and doesn’t need to run constantly.

This thing works great, it has been continuously running to keep the humidity at constant lever. It is very simple to set up and operate. Would highly recommend the product as the ones avaliable at the big box stores just don't function the same as this one.
