Doesn't last

Have bought 3 of these now. Can use it 5 to 10 times then will stop working. Tried new battery and nothing changed. I like Weber products, however this just won't last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this summer. Display stopped working so bought new battery - still doesn’t work...!?
So now out for the new battery and still have to buy a new thermometer.

I bought this a couple of months ago it worked flawlessly in the beginning and all of the sudden it was way off so I went and bought a new battery and now It doesn’t even turn on supper disappointed

Bought this 4 months ago and used it plenty of times. Quit working a week ago and thought it was the battery but that didn't work when swapped. Need to get another one

I never grill without a thermometer and was using a standard style, but wanted an instant read digital one, and as I trust Weber quality and thought this was a good value I decided to try it and was not disappointed. Fast, accurate read every time and all the items grilled so far have been perfectly cooked. I am VERY satisfied!

Not the quality I expected

I was given this as a present to replace old non-electronic thermometer. I used once and it work as a champ. When to use it several weeks later and when I turned it on everything was great, then when I inserted it, the display went wonky. Thought, maybe the battery was bad, replaced it, same thing and then it stopped completely.

C/F switch does not work.

I bought the instant read thermometer two weeks ago and have used it 5 times. In no instance did the unit display the temp in Fahrenheit. It only reads in Celsius, despite my pressing the F/C button repeatedly. Fortunately, I can do the conversion in my head, but it is inconvenient, especially since I live in the USA where we commonly use the F scale. I had expected better from Weber which is why I paid a bit more to get their product.
