Worked fine until the batter went dead.

I bought this thermometer over the past two years. It worked great until the batter died. I bought the replacement battery and now when I turn it on I only get the “F” , two horizontal lines, and the number 1 intermittently. I’ve only used it last summer and now it is not working at all and I’m stuck with a bunch of batteries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had the item for about a month with weekly use, always cleaned by hand and still the screen dies. Should have listened to the other reviews.

Inaccurate temperature

I’ve used this new thermometer several times now and I do not believe this is calibrated correctly. The first two times I trusted it and then realized it was not accurate. The next few times I used side by side with a different thermometer and the temperature on the Weber instant read was way off. Wish I could return it but I no longer have the box. Only purchased it last week. Not the quality I expect from Weber as my grills and everything else purchased have been great. I’d pass on this one.

Worked twice

Bought this for my husband last month, the first 2 times he used it, he loved it! He tried to use it yesterday and the display is wonky and unreadable. We hand washed it and followed the directions exactly! I bought a new battery today hoping that would fix it, but it's still not working. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

HH then unable to reset or use

This is my second one and the first one worked for two years until someone put it in the dishwasher. This one worked for about three months and then I got the HH and unable to reset or use.
