Disappointing

I bought this over Christmas and it was our favorite kitchen tool until it suddenly stopped working. I replaced the battery and still no luck. very disappointing!

Was nice, for the short time it lasted

I bought this about 7 months ago and for few times we used it, it was great. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working; the display shows nothing and it will not turn on. I have the older model (p/n 6492) that's been working for years. From what I see from most other reviews, this newer model is not designed as well and appears to only last a short time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good while it lasted

This worked well at first and now it stopped working. I can’t figure out how to change the battery if that is the problem. We just bought this a year ago.

I thought i was alone with this problem. Worked very good for some time and then nothing.This is the ONLY product from Weber i DONT recommend. I hate giving bad reviews but Weber is known for quality. This product doesn't fit its profile.

Not working after 2 uses!

I got this in a package with other grill accessories for my bridal shower. And I finally opened it and was so excited to use it. We used it twice, and it is now dead. The LCD screen isn't turning on, and I changed the battery and nothing. So disappointed.

My daughter gave me this thermometer as a present and I loved how it worked - for the 3 times I was able to use it. After that, the display didn't work anymore - even with a fresh new battery. Weber did send me a brand new one. That one also stopped working - same issue, screen stopped working. Even with a brand new battery. Also, the door to the battery compartment is nearly impossible to open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
