This charges your phone a lot less than you would expect for the size weight and price. On a good day it will only boost your phone 50% Max. Expected more.

Good protection but just ok battery boost.

I am a big fan of Mophie products and have been for many years. My last juice pack purchases were for iPhone 6S+ phones. Those batteries could take the phone's battery level from 20% to 80% which would add many hours to the phone's usefulness. Disappointingly, the juice pack access does not. It takes the phone from 20% to 50% at most. And this is the more powerful model! Sorry Mophie, you blew it this time. Had iI not seen similar reviews I would have returned it under warranty, thinking that it was malfunctioning.

Charger Doesn’t Last

I charged my phone for for 6 hours and the battery runs quick and doesn’t charge my phone well.

As the iPhone's battery has increased in capacity over time, in order for a juice pack to give a full-charge, the case will be extremely thick. Does less than 30 mins of use

Full charge case (overnight) and when I use it the next day the case dies very quick. Will only charge my phone up to 20% and lasts 30 mins of charging u til it dies completely.

I thought it would last longer but it only allows me to recharge my phone 1 time during each day; I’m on it constantly and previous mophie would give me numerous charges so it would last 24/7; not bad for the price and protects my phone but doesn’t give me the juice I need at the end of each day; if you have a different product for an IPhone 10 XS Max let me know
