My ears are large but got a good fit, however microphone is behind my lower ear and not as close to my mouth as I would like so microphone works better.

Easy to set up can hear clearly they work very well. The best that I have bought in a long time I will definitely be buying another pair if I lose these or misplaced them or if they quit working.
