Great for a while...

I bought a new pair of these because the Tzumi Soundguards I got years before was really great. Good battery life, blocks out all the noises and informs me (albeit annoyingly regularly) when the battery is dying, but they are now so old they are starting to fall to pieces. So I got a new pair! yay! Problem is that these say they are supposed to have a 70 hour battery, and they have had for the first month or so, but now they don't even go on 8 hours. Still very good for helping keep the noise down, but not so good for constant use.
If there was a way to update the software then it would be great. If there isn't, than I might just try to find a way to use the new headphone parts on my older pair.
