Very comfortable, the heat works very well, vibration not so great, and it's loud. I find myself using just the Heat function.

Sturdy and really comfortable chair. I'm 6'1" and weigh 230# and this chair is sturdy even when reclined. The heat works well not Super hot though. The vibration is great the chair is on a desk pad and on carpet. So the vibration isn't loud. But I bet it would be on a plain hardwood floor. But that's expected. My bed upstairs vibrates and being on a hardwood floor it shakes the house. Really easy to assemble. I would highly recommend getting this chair.

As the title says, it basically works but feels like it's going to break any second. Seat rocker tension barely functional, doesn't fully lock so seat wobbles when shifting weight. Recliner has external tension arm that works reasonably well. Would not recommend.

The chair came in a lot of different pieces and the instructions could have been better but it went together pretty easily.It seems pretty well constructed so far and the electrical portion works well.The cord is long enough for me but others complain about it's length. I tried to to show the cord in the photo.The chair is comfortable but the back would be short for a taller person (I'm 5'5" and my head rests on the head rest.The seat wasn't as padded as I expected, it's firm but more comfortable than the chair I had.

The back is not as high as I expected making slightly uncomfortable due to my height. The front left corner of the chair has even to warp downward giving concern about its durability.
