Putting the chair together was easy although the directions are very sparse. However, the back of the chair is rigidly fixed and will not move in any direction. We have upended the chair but have yet to determine the cause. The back adjust button has no effect. Because of this problem I wouldn't recommend this brand.

This office chair has everything, it¡¯s well made, very soft and plush, heats and massages and reclines too. The cushion is quite thick. Could not be more pleased. It was a bit late arriving but worth the wait!

She loves the massage and comfy part. Easy to put together took about 20 min for me instructions are a joke just use your head I never used the instruction

This is a nice looking chair but not comfortable at all. It looks cushy but it's very stiff and the seat is not that deep

When the box arrived and I opened it, my heart sank because of the assembly required. Then I followed the instructions (there might have even been a video reference, I don't recall). In no time it was working and I was laying back with my heated massage on. I work from home and spend the majority of my day in the chair. It's awesome - supportive, comfortable, durable, happily part of my office furniture. ;-)

Great function, easy to assemble

I got this chair for my office. It was easy to assemble - only took me 15-20 minutes and the instructions are easy to understand. The heat function is a good level, not as hot as heated seats in a car (which I find too hot sometimes). The massage options are great.
