No heel massage

My husband purchased this for my birthday and i was so excited because my feet are always fatigued. The top half of my feet received an excellent massage but the heel portion doesn’t move, vibrate or do anything and as a result, was left neglected. Would be great if they fixed that.

Works well on soles and heels. Doesn't hit arches.

My only complaint with this massager is that it barely touches my arches. It works great on the toes, soles, and heels. I have tried every mode and I have moved/turned my feet as much as possible and I still can't get it to hit my arches.
I like the different pressure settings... it does get fairly intense, but not quite as intense as other massagers that I have used.
If you have flat feet this might be a great massager for you. If you have medium to high arches I would not recommend this massager.
I would recommend this to a friend!
