You can target one area or use all over. I also work out so when my legs are sore I love to use this. There are multiple head attachments depending on what you and where you need it. This gun has been amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very good if you have very sore muscles/ muscle aches. But if you are just a little sore I wouldn't use it for that. It is a little intense and could make you achy.

Love that it has 4 different attachments to meet any massage need that you could have. Comes with a very nice carrying/storage hard case. You can make it vibrate slower or faster with the touch of a button. Best part besides all the attachments is the long handle so that you can get to hard to reach spots. Only con is that I wish the handle wouldn't vibrate as well because it is kind of annoying when you have it on a fast speed. I think that any massage gun would have the same issue though. Overall would definitely recommend it is a very nice tool to have.

We have a massage chair but it does not always get spot where you need the pressure the most. I've been complaining about my calves area for a few weeks, until I tried massage gun, I'm using the deep tissue attachment and use it around the area for about 5-10 mins after stretching in the morning, since then I go on with mybday without the sharp pain on my calves.
