No Profit Help

After a year, when I pulled out the particular head I was using, the guts came out. Profit ignored me after sending them emails requesting how to fix. I didn't find any help for profit but found similar types of massage guns being repaired on YouTube. I think I can fix it now, but Profit would not respond.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used a few times, then it stopped charging and won’t turn in. Waste of money.

Does Not Charge

Got this for Christmas 2022, charged it about a week later with the applied cable. Lights kept showing charging for hours. Unplugged it, it worked for about 2 minutes then stopped. Dead. Charged it again, overnight, in the morning it still showed charging. Same thing happened, a couple minutes in, dead. It does work when plugged in, but that's not practical. After reading all the other battery issues, I would not recommend this.

Broke after 3 days

I bought this as an early Christmas gift, it stopped working after 3 days. So disappointed as I read reviews and thought I did my research. I can’t find my receipt so I’m out the money. :(

I guess these have a charging problem like I have read with other people it worked great for five times and now it won’t charge at all. And what’s worse is your number is not working and no one gets back with you
