Awesome product, it's easy to use and understand...it heats up fast and really does a great job With the massaging part.of it too !!!! Really good for your sore muscles, you can't go wrong ;try out one you won't be disappointed......

Battery is completely dead. Going to try to charge it. I don’t like buying battery stuff because you never know how long it’s been sitting on the shelf sometimes the battery just won’t hold a charge anymore.
