Best thing I’ve tried on body parts. I wish I would have used this a lot sooner for my neck after my car accident. This thing does wonders for my neck as well. For shoulder pain this thing does wonders. For my lower back it helps when needed.

Works great, bought for my husband and he loves it. He suffered a back injury a while ago and is also a truck driver and it's the perfect thing for him
