Bought this for my husband, he fell at work and has a bulging disk in his neck and has torn a bicep muscle and is in terrible pain everyday and I am hoping that this will help alleviate some of his pain while he is going through PT and steroid shots in his shoulder so that he may not have to have surgery. I just bought this today and he hasn't tried it out but I have high hopes.

The battery is strong and the machine spins against strong resistance. The material feels cheap but it works well.
