My Shiatsu 3D won’t turn on

I bought my massager this morning and it’s charged since before noon and as I got home at 9:30pm it still would not turn on. I’ve done everything right and it’s not working. I would like another to be shipped to my home for the inconvenience under the warranty policy if possible.

Great massage. Heat needs to be warmer. Otherwise feels good on sore shoulders.

Works great. Best massager I’ve purchased. I also let my family try it out and they loved it as well , most of them also went out and purchased one of their own. When I’m in pain from a long day of work, this is what U look forward to once I make it home. Thanks FitRX

Massage nodes are too hard, heat is weak, and battery drains fast. Not relaxing at all
