Very low quality

After I plugged it in to charge for the first time and needed to unplug it, the USB-C end of the cord— the one that came with it— broke and left the metal part in the massage gun. I can’t get it out and now there is no way to charge it.
I purchased an extra warranty through the store, but it will take a while to be able to get it set up to get a new one. I did not expect it to be unusable this quickly. I have never seen a charging cable that is this low quality before and I have seen many low quality cables.

I was worried that there were so many negative comments around battery. I struggled a bit with on off button. Short push to turn on and long push to turn off. I suggest to revise the user manual.
