Bought this product and worked only once. After that, it only works, when the charging cable is attached. After 4 hours charging, says battery is full....but it doesn't work.

I bought it after Christmas and now it stop charging therefore it doesn't turn on and it is impossible to know what is wrong. I don't recommend it.

Awesome massager !

This machine works wonders on my aching aging body. Other massagers i have tried were bulky and heavy. Not this one it is very well designed.Its like coming home to a spa treatment.

No charger included

Got this item for Christmas and recently opened it up. Item worked out of the box but once it was dead, I looked for charger and it was missing. Tried my notebook type C charger but no light came on and did not charge. Can’t find a replacement charger anywhere that is specific for FitRx. Please help.

I got this and was hesitant bc some of the other ones I’ve got online didn’t work so well. This shipped quickly and has several attachments. My husband has a lot of back pains and this was a huge help.
