Used my product for the first couple of weeks and then it died and will not charge or power on.
Is the charging an issue?

Incredibly effective FitRx massage gun!

Bought this particular muscle massage gun for a family member who has trouble holding a full size type massage gun, which is heavier and often requires two hands and sometimes a second person to perform the massage for you. The shape of this one makes it easy to grip with one hand and it's very easy to turn on with the single button on the bottom. During use, it's very easy to incrementally switch between the 6 levels of strength (RPM range is 1200-3200 RPM) with the repeated pressing of the one button and It also turns off with a simple press after moving up to the top speed, no need to press and hold the button in, as on some other massagers. USB C charging is awesome and a cable of good length is included. The addition of a hard carry case with a handle, (plus an extra little square shaped zipper bag for the various head attachments) makes it super convenient to carry and travel with it. I’m particularly impressed with the bonus freeze head for numbing muscle pain. It feels so nice and is really very effective after a workout, or anytime. I’ve included some photos with my review, to try to help convince you that this is definitely a product worth buying. Very high quality feel throughout, quiet operation, outstanding build and functionality. My entire family loves it and I think you will as well.

Amazing back Muscle Massage Gun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Muscle Massage Gun recently and I love it! My fiancé and I go to the gym and usually have back pain after back and chest day. Once we used it on our chest, back, and lower back, we felt amazing!! I definitely recommend this product if you go to the gym a lot, or experience a lot of lower and upper back pain. It’s also great on your legs. Defiantly would buy again.

Good product, even better customer service

I bought this product last night. I was a little disappointed when I opened the box and found it had two U head attachments and no flat head. Tried it out anyways and immediately fell in love with the product. I was amazed at how well it was able to break up muscle tension even in the large muscle groups in my legs. So I contacted customer support today to see about getting the flat head sent to me. I expected this to take a week of emails and copies of receipts and all the headaches. It took 2 minutes chatting with a live Rep and everything was taken care of. Even was supplied with the tracking number for shipping! Very impressed with this company!

Excellent for the spine!

I bought this thinking that I would use it more for my tight hamstrings. But after I discovered that spine attachment I am in love. the rubber ball is also good for muscles that are super sore and can't handle flexibility. This has a charging cord and a little bag to keep all of the parts in so they don't get lost. I travel a lot so the foam inside the packaging helps a lot. Trust me it's been bumped and thrown around and it has not been damaged.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The FitRx Massage Gun by Tzumi is MASSIVE in size! I don't know how many other people thought to themselves that (from the picture) it looked like it could be the size of an average-sized water gun pistol, but NOPE! This product is probably the size of an actual gun, but only weighs about 3.5 lbs (like the dumbbells in your closet!). This thing is the size of my face...no exaggeration! :D
Now that we know the dimensions, let's talk about the (effectiveness of) product. The description of this massage gun does exactly what it says it does. Again, no exaggeration. The array of heads (four total) that come with the gun really get into your tissues, muscles, and help relieve those aches. Of course not ALL the way, but it comes very close and loosens your body up. You don't even need all six-speeds that it comes with. Heck! You're better off with three and that's STILL ENOUGH! (lol)
