Great for injuries!

I suffer from chronic neck pain due to a car accident. As a result, I have to take rx meds and do physical therapy. I wanted an at home device that I could use in between my physical therapy visits. I decided to try this muscle massager and I am hooked! I like the fact that the massager has 6 speeds. This allows me to change the intensity levels, based on how deep or light I want the pressure on my neck to be. It comes with 6 heads and each gives a different sensation. My favorite heads would have to be the freeze head as it provides a nice cool massage and the flat head, as it can be used anywhere on my body. I charge my massager about once a week as it seems to keep the charge for long periods of time. The massager also comes with a carry case and a charger, so I can take it with me when I travel. Overall, I really love this massager. It has been a game changer in my recovery process and I would definitely recommend it.

Broke after 3 days

I bought this as an early Christmas gift, it stopped working after 3 days. So disappointed as I read reviews and thought I did my research. I can’t find my receipt so I’m out the money. :(

Does Not Charge

Got this for Christmas 2022, charged it about a week later with the applied cable. Lights kept showing charging for hours. Unplugged it, it worked for about 2 minutes then stopped. Dead. Charged it again, overnight, in the morning it still showed charging. Same thing happened, a couple minutes in, dead. It does work when plugged in, but that's not practical. After reading all the other battery issues, I would not recommend this.

No Profit Help

After a year, when I pulled out the particular head I was using, the guts came out. Profit ignored me after sending them emails requesting how to fix. I didn't find any help for profit but found similar types of massage guns being repaired on YouTube. I think I can fix it now, but Profit would not respond.

This is the worst product ever I haven't had it for very long and charged it it didn't use it and battery died. Won't hold a charge at all
