The vibrating massage gun uses percussive therapy — rapid bursts of pressure that go deep into the muscle tissue. It helps break up knots, improve blood flow, reduce soreness, and relax tight spots.
You just press it against your shoulders, neck, or back and let the gun do the work. Most have multiple speed settings so you can go light for tension or deeper for recovery.
