Just trying to fill out warranty but it won’t let me submit it unless I do a review. I haven’t even taken it out of the plastic yet and already not happy 🤷🏽♂️

I like the Shiatsu but struggled a little with it rolling backwards on my back. I know just sit of the couch to hold it in place.
