Battery not charging

Plugged in my wife's gift to charge and lasted about 10 minutes. Plugged in the charging cable and had it on for more than 5 hours the battery is dead still.

So far so good, the massager is a little close together in my opinion but it works well and gets a deep massage. I like that it charges and is cordless.
