[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great massager for my neck and shoulders!! My favorite thing about it, is it's cordless, so I don't have to "stuck" in the same spot using it. I love that it heats while massaging and I can change the heat level. I also really like the auto off feature, for when I fall asleep using it.

After purchase the Shiatsu provoked for 1 day and then stopped working. I tried to charge for the full day, turn it on and the light is green it it works for 30 seconds and stops.
