Feels like real human hands and fingers

Feels good. A bit bulky but the way it makes your sore areas feel makes up for it. Can use it on other areas not just neck and shoulders. I deal with ongoing trapezius and shoulder issues and have used messy sprays, topical creams, and patches that bunch up and dont stick to alleviate pain. I have never been able to reach the exact spots with my hands/arms. With this device, I am able to place it directly on the affected areas. Received actual relief for the first time in about 4.5 years. Eliminates need to visit chiropractor.
