[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable fit, with arm slings that allow the user to apply variable pressure, at their discretion, by simply pressing more or less firmly on the slings. Good massage strength for deep tissue massage with heat massage. I bought this so that I wont be bothered by the cord and I am very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So relaxing after a long day! I love that it’s cordless so I don’t have worry about where I use it. It has extra massage features than just the standard rotating balls so it really gets into my sore shoulders and feels great!

Great nifty neck massager

I can't even tell you how difficult it is to get him to try something that would make him "feel good", especially when he doesn't like the pain that some machines gave when he tried them. With this neck massager, he can work on the areas of his back (himself) without me. I like it that it's usb rechargeable and we don't have be hooked up to the switch (portability is the key!) The charge also last pretty long. We did around 5 × 15 mins session (it auto shuts off at 15min! So cool) and there's still charge left. :)
Highly recommended for those who wants a portable and multifunctional neck massager.
