Pan-tilt needs WD40

There’s a loud squeaking sound every time the lense moves or surveillances the monitored area. That is something the manufacturer should look into and put some kind of WD40. Otherwise, it does it’s job! I hope that Customer service personnel calls me and fix this minor issue….

Very happy with the purchase of our 2K Pan-Tilt Indoor cameras. They work perfectly and the rotation can scan the entire room where we want it. The audio/talk option works great as well and overall, a nice addition to the security cameras already installed. Very happy all the camera coordinate with the Lorex app and handy yo be able to view them all at once. The alerts/alarms work great! Good picture and clarity.

you need to add auto tracking to your biggest PTZ camera. If you do i'll buy several. This little camera is great. Even tracks through glass.

2K Pan Tilt Camera

They work good but I have other Lorex cameras that are 4 K and you can tell the difference in picture quality. But for what I want these for they are good. I monitor my mechanical room, hot water tank and my sump pump when I’m away with these cameras. My 4K cameras are for security around the perimeter of the house.

Really impressed. This camera is pretty neat. It will follow you as you walk around in a room. Would be great if it came in an outdoor enclosure. Night vision could be better though. Need to leave a night light on nearby. Also, settings for a loud noise alert need to be higher. Presently 90 decibels is the maximum.

These cameras are great. I had the old 1K cameras so I upgraded to these new 2K cameras. Love the privacy mode and all the features of the camera. All work well with Lorex app. I highly recommend these indoor cameras.
