It's ok. . .

First the good: I really like the clarity of the images, very sharp and clear. Even in lower light settings the camera functions well. I also found the setup of the camera fairly intuitive.
What was eh: It sounds kind of odd, but the camera seems to "prefer" wired networks over wireless. I got the camera setup and placed it in the desired location. There seemed to be plenty of signal strength, ( I have a booster within 25') but after 20 mins. or so, the camera lost signal. I checked the signal strength with the other devices in the area, and it appeared functional.
While I tried a few times to troubleshoot the issue, it kept prompting me to connect to a wired network. The camera is sold as a wi-fi camera, it shouldn't "prefer" a wired network.
I'm guess I'm going to return the camera and find something better.

Wasted My Money!

Extremely disappointed that I am unable to use recently purchased cameras in a different location with a different network. They are a total waste to me!

Video quality is great. I like how it integrated with my system on my app easily. It tracks motion and then reverts back to the last position you had it in once the motion stops.

The camera was easy to set up and works well. The only issues I have are that the electrical cord is to short to reach plugs that aren't in close proximity to the camera and secondly, the cameras ability to point down is limited when setting on it's base. This is more of an issue if you set it on a shelf that is fairly high.

I have a 2 year old camera W462 AQ-Z that worked well for 2 years. Now it just provides clicking sound with NO Status Light. What could be

Easy to set-up

These cameras could be great but they are (for now) good. They randomly go offline for reasons unknown and to no fault of our wifi or power. They are easy to set-up and the images are better quality than our last set of cameras which are now obsolete and unsupported by Samsung.
