Best camera I have

This is definitely the best camera I’ve bought. The picture is clear and the app is easy to use. It’s gives a wide angle of the room. It’s sensitive to motion. I really like it. It was a bit hard to connect to my Wi-Fi but I had a really nice person on the phone to help me.

Indoor Camera

I opened one of the two boxes the cameras came in. I tried to connect it using the scan bar code, it didn't work. It was like it got stuck. I tried entering the numbers manually, and could not find the correct model #. Disappointed to say the least. Both cameras are sitting in the box they were shipped in.

Installation Terrible

I have spent 2 weeks trying to get this camera installed.
Everyone I talk to tells me it is somebody else's problem.
At Lorex tech support, the first tech told me the camera only works with 2.4GB wifi, so call the wifi provider for help. The second tech told me it works on either 2.4gb or 5gb wifi. And because the phone app says the wifi is disconnected when I try to add the camera, the problem is with the phone company. Both the internet wifi and the phone work fine until I try to connect the camera, so somehow the camera is disconnecting my wifi.

Very pleased with this security camera. It's exactly what I was looking for to install in my apartment. High quality, easy to setup, works as advertised, totally self contained (no cloud), and the price was right.
