Good but both died in less than 14 months

I liked these cameras but had 2 issues. First both of them have now died within 14 months of purchase. I thought one may have been defective since it acted up sooner, however, the second just stopped rotating out of the blue. The second issue is the setup was unnecessarily difficult. I have WiFi (clearly) but my cell signal is non existent. So when I put my cell on WiFi and switch the WiFi to the camera to setup, I lose signal to the internet and setup fails. There should be a hardwire to router option, or other solution. It’s very time consuming.

I bought the cameras to add piece of mind to my heart when I need to leave and my husband , who had a stroke wants to stay home . I can see him clearly and talk to him . Thanks

I watched it for several days after installation, but there was a situation where it was not recorded 24 hours in a row and it was not recorded randomly from time to time.

The picture quality when you zoom in poor. Sound is not clear. Following mode can be a little better. Other than that I love Lorex over all surveillance cameras.
