Good indoor camera

Had problem getting Lorex Home to recognize the camera. After an hour with tec support they had me to uninstall and reinstall the Home app. All works now.

Good camera. Setup was super easy with the Lorex Home app. Scan a QR code, connect to your WiFi, and done! It's a little on the spendy side compared to some other manufacturers, but the setup was a breeze, it's got a decent resolution, and it's motorized which are all wins and justify the price difference. The auto night vision is a nice feature, although it is a bit slow to recognize lighting changes and switch from low light mode back to color. Perhaps this can be fixed with a firmware update in the future.

Works well so far. Scares my dog when I move it and we are not home-lol. We use to keep an eye on our dog, and any dog sitters that may decide they like my stuff.

This is a great camera. It can mounted upside down or seated on a flat surface. The video quality is also very good.

I'm still trying to become friends with the little bug but I like it. I wish it didn't sound like megatron everytime the camera moved but perhaps that's impossible given engineering limitations. Everytime it powers up it appears to be overcoming a major grinting kink in the kneck. Probably due to its long sleep in the package? Any rate, it sound damaging to the motor. It also appears to prefer a default reset point. Given that it only has 180 rotation I wish I could set its default start position. When it's all the way to the left, it doesn't catch movement if someone enters to the right.

I love them, I kiss them every day. They are better than having a security guard because I can them at many places inside my entire house. They save me from having the crazy psycho stalker coming into my house to vandalize and planting stuff. Stalkers are criminals and dangerous.
