We use this at work (Physical Therapy) and we have had several patients order their own. It’s very cold and really helps.

I really like the compact size though it covers a lot of area. The ease of use is great. Stays cold for an extended period of time without the mess. I have chronic conditions that affect multiple joints and this is great therapy.

I really like this product! It works very well against my muscles. It rolls easily and I like how the edges are raised a little wider so it can dig in a little more in muscle groups. I REALLY like the metal barrel and the weight of it which helps while it's being rolled over your skin, because you don't have to use much of your own pressure, that's what makes this product stand out from other rollers. I have used other rollers (including other metal rollers) that don't glide well, catch your skin or kills you with knobs over your sore muscles and brushing them. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing this product, you will love it!

Recommended by my physical therapist. It’s sturdy to withstand pushing & pulling force and has enough weight to help with pressure. It’s well shaped for its purpose and the handles are strong and comfortable in the hand. The freezer is fine, but I find I like mine better and it stays cold just as long if I keep it in the fridge instead.

I keep this in the freezer and it is excellent for aches and pains. I use it on my back and my shoulders while I am watching TV usually. I have a very bad lower back, and it really helps., by leaning back against it with pressure. Cold works better for some people than heat. And this is outstanding

This product is the best product that has been invited for athletes. I can massage and ice a specific area. I love it. It only stay cold for a about an hour in a half. You really only need it for 20 minutes.
