Great product, easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the last 22 years I have owned three of the T50X series hand staplers and have use them on multiple projects in and around the home. The last few years I have been used for 4H projects and display boards. They are simple safe enough for young people to use easy to load simple to operate. I just purchased my third T50X Tackmate stapler and I like the design of the grip. Nice touch Arrow! Reference code 1117.

Great for Repairs & Hobby work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a tool that did staples and Brads for repairs, construction projects and hobby work. Its ability to use a longer Brad aided in trim work for Baninetry without the need of a more expensive nail gun.

Perfect for Upholstery Repairs

The T501 was the perfect tool for repairing the seams on a king size Murphy bed. The replacement materials look good as new.

Good for chair upholstery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used staple guns for years on different projects. This one was by far the best and easiest to use. Normally I would have to hammer in the staples afterwards to make sure they were secure but not with this staple gun. It did the job perfectly for us.

Hard to get it to staple

I stretch canvas for art work and use a staple gun to do that. It is difficult to get this product to staple, especially if you use only one hand. I could not manage to do it at all. Finally, my husband had to help me because you have to press the handle down hard and pretty fast to get the staple to enter the wood.
Pros: Crafting, stretching a canvas and attaching it to the frame
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend two-handed firing because it minimizes the kick back that can happen due to the jarring nature of any spring loaded tool. If one-handed operation is essential, you might want to try a forward-action stapler or an electric model.
