Returned to the store as the stapler wouldn't advance the staples. Worthless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, there. We know that you have already returned the T50HS, but would you be willing to give our T50HS staple gun and brad nailer another chance? We would like to send you a new one, along with some staples. We care about customer feedback, and we want to make sure your experience with our tools is the best it can be. Look for an email from us today!
Old T50 was 35 years old guess it lasted long enough. bought T50HS , only have used it once . Much better and less pressure to use it. if it last as long as old T50 I will be happy.
The ease of depressing the lever is far easier than my old reliable T50. The reverse mechanism also makes it easier to maintain firm contact with the object I am fastening. I figured I would have to use a hammer to finishing seating the staple. The torsion drive spring adds sufficient force to drive the staples without heavy hand strength. I like the added feature of using brad nails. The 5/8" brads seat firmly with just the head exposed. I found this useful if I needed to pull the brad and adjust the position of the brad. My old Arrow stapler works like the day it was purchased. New advanced technology make this stapler worth the purchase.
I have both an older Arrow hand stapler (over 40 years old) and an electric model (over 15 years old) and have never had a problem with either. Saw this and picked it up, much easier to use as only 1 hand is needed for the stapler leaving the other hand to better how the project being done.
Pros: Upholstery, insulation, Flooring, General Repairs, use at work for different purposess
I used the stapler twice: 1) to attach screen to wood for venting in a crawl space 2) to attach twine to wood to support insulation A spring in the stapler detached during the second use. This is the second Arrow brand "toy" stapler that has self destructed this year. after minimal use. Thanks to Arrow for inviting me to write a review. I will no longer consider buying one of your products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
