Had to return and get the T25 instead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming out of the store, this item did not function at all, not shooting any staples.
Since it was the only T25X in the store, I could not get another one. May have been a bad one?
I got the T 25 instead since I have bought one in the past that still does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T25 was my go to choice for anything from cat5 to coaxial or Christmas lights with its ease of use, soft pull action. Arrow products have ALWAYS been my go to for staple fasteners. A must for anyone from DIY to contractor.
