Recieved as a gift after my Ryobi drill/driver died. This is half the size and weight, yet has as much or more power... My favorite tool by far!!

I just needed a nice small size powerful screwdriver / drill for around the house occasionally. This fits the bill perfectly. I did not need a fancy expensive DeWalt. this has plenty of power and is good for the occasional use in and around the house.

The first one of these that I own is nearly the same as this one. It worked for many years before I misplaced and have not been able to find this most handy item. I hunted high and low, looking everwhere without luck. The more that I lookded the more things that I saw that I needed it to do the job. Begrugingly, I decided to give up and buy another...yet they are no longer made. The one that I purchased is actually better than the first. Thank you Black & Decker for improving over the years. You are one of a mighty few that strives to better your self as the years pass.

Bought this drill about 2 months ago and its awesome. Great power, easy to use, with better features. Can handle any job and can withstand alot! Anyone could use it! Would 100% recommend!

Finished my entire basemen, 2013 purchase

Bought in 2013, fantastic balance and wrist never got tired finishing an entire basement during Covid: studs, drywall, running electric thru joists, used to drill joists and screw dry wall. Replaced a heavy 20th-century Craftsman...had no idea it could be so comfortable to use...lightweight and so balanced. Battery just never seems to run out, always charged at end of the day....and still as powerful as the day it was bought. Rugged, droped many times to a concrete floor.

Battery charger does not work

Bought this model after having trouble with an 18 volt model, charger not working. Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about the drill because I can't use it. What can one do when the charger does not work? I need B&D to step up and help me out.
