Great, just not awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall it is a high quality staple gun. However it lacks the power to completely drive 1/2" staples into 1/2" plywood. It will leave them sticking up about an 1/8 of an inch. Other than that I have no complaints!
Pros: Flooring, General Repairs

Hello, there. Thanks for reaching out and providing your positive feedback on the T50ACD Compact Electric Staple Gun. To increase staple penetration, it can often help to place one hand on the cap of the tool while firing, if you can do so safely. However, we always recommend using the shortest staple needed for your project materials since hard wood only needs 3/16-inch to 1/4-inch penetration for a secure hold, and soft wood up to about 3/8-inch penetration provides a secure hold. and it did not miss a beat it drove the staples in flush no problem

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For reupholstering a recliner. Not too heavy or difficult to pull trigger. Easy to aim. Have used through multiple layers of fabric and foam into hardwood. Not very loud, I can use in my apartment! (During day) I am 65 years old with weak hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I figured out where to put the staples (it doesn't load like my office stapler and the instructions not clear-so couldn't give it all 5's) this worked fantastic. I attached a cloth apron to a maple roller on a weaving loom. EASY, I could stretch the cloth, hold the stapler, and get a great catch. No kick-back and sat easy in the hand. On to more projects, watch out chairs. Now my husband thinks he needs to borrow.
