This product although a fantastic design, and all outward appearance suggests quality apparently is subject to failure in the "drive train". After a week using for approximately 2 hours continuously something started rattling inside. The unit makes the sound of recharging the spring but no action. You'll be happy to know I have enough faith in Arrow and the overall design to have exchanged the defective for the higher priced "professional" model. Wish me luck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as expected. When attached fabric to a wood board, the staples needed to be hit with the hammer every once in a while. Could be a stapler issue, but could also be something on our end.

Great tool - easy to use

I'm a 74 year old woman who uses it for home dec projects. If I can use it, anyone can. Sometimes I need to hammer in the staple to be sure it is flat, but that's my lack of strength, not the tool's.
