Loading the staples was not diagrammed nor explained correctly. Power doesn't exceed manual stapler. Staples still do not go in all the way. I am disappointed.
Pros: Upholstery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tool does load differently than a traditional back load staple gun, as shown on page 8 of the manual (https://bit.ly/2iKxuEU) and in our video here: https://bit.ly/2KRFv8j. We do take customer feedback seriously, so thank you for taking time to provide your thoughts on that diagram and the instructions.
Regarding staple penetration, sometimes the issue described can be resolved by using a shorter staple or placing your hand on the top of the tool while firing. For hard wood, you only need about 1/4-inch to 3/16-inch of penetration for a secure hold. For a soft wood, up to about 3/8-inch is sufficient.
However, we'd like to touch base with you to learn more about the project you were working on so we can troubleshoot these staple penetration issues further. Thank you for your feedback on our instructions, and please look for an email from us today!

Replaced my old T50 with this

My old T50 finally died after 35 years so I upgraded to this one. Initially a little disappointed with the directions/ diagrams ( basically non-existent) because unlocking the pusher and loading the staples is completely different from my old unit but after several views of you tube I figured it out. Love the view window for the staples. Staples seated properly in my project and did a fine job. Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were recovering two stools for my daughter's new apartment at college. I have a manual stapler, but last time it was a hassle recovering some chairs so I decided to check out electric staplers. Arrow had, by far, the best reviews so I went with it. Great choice! Easy to load, then place it against the wood and pull the trigger. No effort at all. Highly recommend!

This is a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The T50ACD is an excellent product. I had to repair the webbing under a sofa and this stapler did a great job of sinking the staples without a need to hammer them in all the way.

This product needs a hard storage case

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeping the product and staples together is best accomplished by a hard case. The case could be purchased with the stapler or separately and should provide protection for the stapler and storage of staples.
